Britney denies rumours, says she is not pregnant

Pop babe Britney Spears has rubbished reports she is pregnant with husband Kevin Federline’s baby - by smoking in front of paparazzi.

The Toxic singer and her husband of six weeks have just returned to their Malibu, California, mansion, following their honeymoon on a Fijian island. Yesterday American gossip site Pagesix.Com reported Federline’s ex-love and mother of his two children, actress Shar Jackson, was telling customers at a Beverly Hills boutique that the newlyweds were expecting a baby already.

Jackson allegedly said, “You know, Britney’s pregnant.” But after Spears spotted photographers as she and Federline bought magazines in a local store, she lit a cigarette in front of them to show she hadn’t given up yet. The star’s spokeswoman says, “As far as we know, Britney is not pregnant.”
