Indo-Pak Suspence Thriller

Pakistani actress Meera who is ofter called Madhuri Dixit of Pakistan will star in her first Bollywood film - Nazar. The film is being produced by filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt’s Vishesh films and Sohail khan of Pakistan. The shooting of the movie is on in Goa nowadays and it will release early next year.

Believed to be a murder mystery with supernatural tones, the film has Meera playing a singer. Her co-star in the movie is Ashmit Patel who plays a cop in the film.

Talking to mediaperson Meera said that she was always interested in doing a Bollywood movie and when Mahesh Bhatt offered her the role of her lifetime at Kara Film festival in Karachi she simply couldn’t resist.

Now that the doors of friendship are finally opening between India and Pakistan, we would love to see artists from either side coming together and help fill in the wedge.
