Shakti Kapoor caught in shameful act

Bollywood baddie Shakti Kapoor has been filmed purportedly making verbal and physical advances against a young woman and casting aspersions on several film personalities in a sting operation conducted by a private TV channel.

Film star Shakti Kapoor today threatened to go to court over the “blackmailing� by a television host for his alleged luring a wannabe actress into -submission on the pretext of introducing her to the filmdom.

Kapoor did not deny making the advances but maintained he was set up. He claimed he had not made any specific statements about his fellow stars but only spoke in generalities.

In it, Kapoor is seen to be making sexually explicit verbal and physical suggestions to an India TV reporter posing as an aspiring film star.

The reporter is told of various “services” that would have to be provided if she were to make it big.

Kapoor was seen apologizing on camera when it became apparent to him that he was snared by journalists in a Bombay hotel.

The TV station said the exercise was part of an expose on what it called the sexual exploitation of female debutantes in Bollywood and not a campaign to smear Kapoor, who has starred in scores of commercial films.

Kapoor later told that the girl had been following him for the last six months, before the given incident took place about two months back, and had called him to the hotel room.

The sting operation has again brought to fore the girth and evil present in the film industry. It also shows that young girls and guys have to go through casting couch before making a mark in film-industry.
