The film “Chamku” starts with a promise to be “Gangajal” but the film lacks the compact script to hold on even in the initial hour. The action scenes from Bobby Deol are effective and a few dialogues are memorable but you don’t have a soul in this movie. The film is not intense, the way it should have been and it even lacks logic in the way it depicts the script.

The comedy flick from Ekta Kapoor “C KKompany “is basically based on the underworld comedies like “Munnabhai” and it is also about three dim-witted men like the ones found in film “Hera Pheri,” who unexpectedly get money and fame but the outcome of the combination of the two movies , is not very delighting. The film couldn’t be all comedy though you can’t ignore a few hilarious dialogues and sequences.

Ekta Kapoor has called Prachi’s boyfriend to Mumbai and not only she provided him with accommodation but also gave him role in a television show called “Kis Des Mein Hai Meraa Dil.” The boy from Pune is named Varun and it seems Prachi was not doing well without him.

Ayaan Mukherjee to direct “Wake Up Sid”

Ayaan Mukherjee is Kajol’s and Rani’s cousin and he has worked as assistant director in the films “Swades” and “Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna.” Ayaan will be directing a film called “Wake Up Sid” in which Konkona Sen Sharma and Ranbir Kapoor will appear opposite each other. The film will be made under Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions.
