What’s the Highpoint at this year Filmfare awards?

Is it being held at some hot foreign locale? Nope.

Is Shahrukh Khan doing a dance number? We don’t know as yet but he must be resting after all those hectic Temptation shows.

So what is Filmfare going to do to soar its rating after sleepwalking to rising competition. As far as we know, Filmfare has no idea. Last heard some external agency is handling the event this time round.

End result after up teem goof ups in announcing nominations good news is dancing sensation Isha Shravani (the Indian actress in mega flop showman of Indian cinema, Subash Ghai’s Kisna) has bagged the opportunity to perform at this year’s Filmfare awards function. She will be presenting the opening act performing some high-energy dance to music created specially for the dance piece. Isha’s mother Daksha Seth has choreographed the dance. Various dancers will accompany Isha from her mother’s ashram for this three-minute act.

This being the Golden Jubilee of Filmfare awards, people expect some drastic changes, better management and a paisa vasool (entertaining) show. Lets see if Filmfare is able to provide them that.
