Gurinder Chadha first Hollywood Film

Gurinder Chadha is a known name in UK. Her first outing in Hollywood is based on popular 1965 American Television series ‘I Dream of Jeannie’.

Hollywood starlet Kate Hudson will play the protagonist ‘Jeannie’ in the movie. A role immortalized by ‘Barbara Eden’. Rest of the cast is yet to be finalized.

The film will be made at a big budget of USD 75 million. Shooting for it will begin this summer in the US and Canada.
