Jonny Cash On Top In Video Poll

Recently a list of top 20 music videos has been compiled and the number one video is of the late Johnny Cash. The video for his song ‘Hurt’ was voted number one by a poll commissioned by the mobile phone company 3. It was done as a way to celebtrate ove 3 decades of music videos.

The Top 5 videos ever are:

5. Billie Jean - Michael Jackson

The panelists judging included musicians like Norman Cook and Michael Stipe along with brit award nominees Franz Ferdinand, Bjork, Amy Winehouse and Robert Smith.

“The video is just devastating. And beautiful. It might be an obvious choice, but it touched me in a really big way.”

Tom Fletcher, from boy band McFly chose Michael Jackson’s ‘Thriller’ and said: “A good video shows a band’s personality and should make the song better. It should be able to stand on its own.”
