Okay, so the reclusive Aamir Khan has come out of his long exile and is giving interviews to every news channel. But that is because he has to promote the big movie.

However, it’s a pleasure to see him do a Shah Rukh Khan and splash quotes all over the place. What we’re concerned about though, is that Shah Rukh seems to be doing an Aamir and has gone into a shell of late.

With no film expected (though you can never predict SRK) this year Shah Rukh has taken the unprecedented step of saying ‘No interviews till 2006′.

And before all you journa1ists grab your pens and die, hold on! The so-called stand-off applies only to TV channels. With nothing much to talk about, he feels he should stay away from TV exposure till 2006. Not that there are many months left (only four) to go.

Now we’re suspicious! Is there some kind of pact between the two Khans? To ensure that they don’t cannibalise each others’ fan following? Knowing how media savvy the two are (in their own ways), it’s a possibility!
