For the movie Bajirao Mastani’s lead role Salman Khan has been replaced by Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwrya Rai Bachchan has been selected for the female lead role replacing Kareena Kapoor. Bajirao Mastani will be one more history based movie of the couple after the movie Umrao Jaan.

i dont think abhishek can do justice to the role of bajirao.the original cast was the perfect salman n kareena.salman had played all types of characters in his career.i think he is the perfect choice for bajirao.n moreever its a very complex character.i think abhishek is not talented enough to essay this role.
as far as the role of mastani is concerned kareena is the ideal choice.she is young,beautiful n she has played different characters like kaurwaki in asoka,dolly in omkara,naaz in refugee.n morever,aishwarya rai is looking very old.she was very horrible in guru.she looked like a nani with wrinkles.she has worked with sanjay in hum dil de chuke sanam n devdas.she has had her share.rani mukherji has also worked with sanjay in black n saawariya.both ash n rani reached the top slot with sanjay’s films.now,we want kareena to see in sanjay’s film.how he presents her.its going to be interesting.n morever kareena has never done a complete period film.i think salman n kareena is the only n only perfect choice for the roles of bajirao n mastani.hope,with this film,kareena manages to reach the levels of ash n rani.
