Aishwarya rejects Madhur Bhandarkar’s Corporate, to choose Bipasha or Priyanka

After wining the prestigious awards at the National Awards for ‘Page 3′ Madhur Bhandarkar announced ‘Corporate’ the second film of the trilogy with much fanfare.

He tried to rope in Aishwarya Rai to play the lead role in the movie. Unfortunately, Ash was unable to work out the dates. Now Madhur is in a fix, since he was looking for a top star for the role.

“This is exactly what happened during ‘Page 3′,” he moans. “Kareena was my first choice. She heard the role, liked it, but declined.”

Konkona Sen Sharma stepped in at the last minute, and the rest is history.

After Aishwarya’s refusal, Madhur has zeroed in on Bipasha and Priyanka. Priyanka has the dates (she can squeeze in the film in December), but after “Aitraaz” she is reluctant to play a steel-willed ruthless entrepreneur again.

Bipasha, on the other hand, seems a stronger contender for the role, particularly after her newfound chic and slim-trim looks.

Whatever the case, Bhandarkar says he will take the final decision within days.
