Ajay to pay penalty for smoking in public

Bollywood stars should be careful about their conduct in public because they attract cameras. Recently Devgan had been to Chandigarh for shooting where a photo journalist clicked him smoking in public place and a suit has been filed against him by the Chandigarh-based non-government organization for his mistaken conduct.
