Amisha Patel is almost bronzed while shooting under Goan sun for Farhan Akthar’s Honeymoon Travels Pvt Ltd. but the tan is making her look sexier.

According to her the shooting for the film was mostly going on the beach almost seventeen hours each day. Initially she tried to protect her skin but finally gave up.

Talking about it Amisha says, “I had barely returned from London and the freezing cold (Aap Ki Khatir), when I started shooting for Honeymoon. I just couldn’t stand the heat! I tried my best to protect my skin but it didn’t help. I’d wake at 4.30 a.m. and apply sun block lotion. I was a little apprehensive because I thought it wouldn’t look nice on screen. People like the ‘fair’ Amisha.”

Finally, she gave up and realised that with the kind of schedule, it made no sense in being over-cautious. So, Amisha applied oil instead and got tanned. “Everyone in the unit was shocked. But I enjoyed myself,” she smiles.

And now the actress is enjoying her new look, “I am just loving it! Before this I used to be compared with European women and now people think I look Spanish! I like the way I look and am not obsessed with my skin colour. My co-stars called me ‘milk’ at the outset. Now I’m ‘coffee’.”
