Amrita Arora would be seen in eight films this year, probably becoming the top actress with maximum number of release lined for 2006. But Amrita is most excited about her forthcoming film Fight Club and she has three Item numbers in it.

Fight Club by Vikram Chopra has a huge star cast (Sohail Khan, Sunil Shetty, Ashish Chaudhary, Dino Morea, Rahul Dev, Ashmit Patel, Dia Mirza and Amrita Arora) and Item songs not only highlight the actress doing them they act as good pay checks also.

Amrita who has girl-next-door kinda element in ‘Fight Club’ explains, “I am just praying to God that the songs become a hit I then don’t have to worry about my whole year’s earnings. Once an item song becomes a hit you are then made to perform that song in the shows held here and abroad and that fetches you good money. So you see item songs are good money.”

Amrita will be seen in Mahesh Manjrekar’s thriller film ‘Deh’ with Sanjay Dutt (Deh is about a young girl married to an old man over-possessive about her), Harry Baweja’s ‘Jeet’ - a love story, Hansal Mehta’s murder mystery ‘Raakh’ that also has Esha Deol in the lead, Ajay Chandok’s ‘Team’ where Amrita plays a regular heroine who has to do some action and in Vikram Bhatt’s ‘Time’.
