Asin to appear opposite Shahrukh instead of Kat

In a Yash Raj Banner film Katrina Kaif was to appear opposite Shahrukh Khan but Khan has been refusing to do a movie with Kat as she is related to Salman Khan and Shahrukh suggested Asin’s name for the role. Asin was also contacted for a Priyadarshan Film opposite Akki at the same time, but later the project got cancelled and Asin grabbed the Yash Raj movie.
