Mangal Pandey - The Rising receives a cold response

The scores are out and Aamir is angry. The ‘Mangal Pandey - The Rising’ has been released with much fan fare. However, the response seems to be quite disappointed.

Thanks to the pre-release hype the producers of ‘Mangal Pandey - The Rising’ might just recover the investments but the movie won’t set the box office on fire either.

After the grand initial, in Central India, Delhi-UP and Gujarat, collections have started dropping. In suburban Mumbai multiplexes tickets are available in current booking already. In Delhi the cinema halls are half empty.
