The Blue Umbrella is a movie for children and it is directed by Vishal Bhardwaj, who made Makdee and Omkara. The movies cast Pankaj Kapur and Shreya Sharma. The story is based on a Ruskin Bond novel and captures the desire of human beings to be the ruler of the sky that is depicted though a small blue umbrella.

Its a great movie… Pankaj Kapur is simply brilliant.. We do not get to see such fine acting these days.. just downloaded the movie from www.indyaondemand.com.. thanks to such sites, we expats atleast dont miss such good movies..
