Bluffmaster has an unusual story and unpredictable end.

One could never guess the climax of this movie because unlike any other movies, not even a single hint of the deceit is shown during the course of the movie but the grand finale takes the viewers by surprise.

Some would feel bluffed (not me) and other will rate it to be the best ending under the circumstances because the deceit was done for a good cause.

Although I will not say that it is a copy of, but it some how resembles a Hollywood movie I saw sometime back; Matchstick Men by Ridley Scott released in 2003 starring Nicolas Cage.

Matchstick Men is a story of a con artist who unexpectedly comes across a 14-year-old teenager girl who makes him believe that she is his daughter. He starts enjoying a unique bond with her and gives away all his secrets to her which he has gained from his experience. But the girl comes out to be a bigger con than him.

Interestingly in Matchstick Men, Nicolas Cage name was Roy and in Bluffmaster also Abhishek Bachchan’s name is Roy Kapoor.
