The 15th of January marks the beginning of the New Year in Hindi calendar and the day is celebrated as Makar Sankranti. It is the day when Sun is in the Capricorn constellation.
The Bollywood stars Meghna Naidu, Akbar Khan and few others got collected at the Huju Hotel at Juhu in Mumbai to fly kites to celebrate the occasion.
