A number of actors and actresses from across borders have desired to get Indian visa and now the rules of giving visa is handled carefully by Indian authorities but there are many in bollywood who stay here, earn here but they are not from India .There are many who want to stay here but they are still not Indian such as Katrina Kaif who belongs to UK and Deepti Naval – US.

Due to visa row some of the bollywood artists were deported from India which includes the Norwegian model Negar Khan. Recently the leading Pakistani actor Ali Zafar said he faced problems due to strict visa rules. According to Visa laws of India and US – People cannot stay in India for more than 10 years on tourist visa – although the rule of 10 years is very long and same rule is applicable for US Citizens.

Indian immigration laws are not only old but they are not regulated properly by people working in these offices whereas people from India who go to foreign country are harassed on the name of visa rules. India has faced so many terrorist attacks recently but the country still faces the problem of controlling its borders and preventing illegal entry.

A strict rule is needed to prevent illegal entry into Indian borders and the government should start making rules to bring in change to ensure credibility in the visa issuing system.
