Britney gets modification in visitation rules

The modification in visitation rules made by the Superior Court Commissioner Scott Gordon on October 11, allowed Spears to have expanded visitation with her children.
Earlier Spears was allowed to visit her children without overnight stay but on 11th October, the court allowed her to have weekly one supervised overnight stay with her two children on the request made by her to the court. The court also asked her mother to take up the role of the monitor during the visitations.
Britney’s husband Kevin Federline was not present at the court during the hearing and his Attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan said that his client has no problem to the modification made on visitation.
