Britney Spears looses to sleep

Britney Spears was unable to restore the custody of her children and missed the drug test that was needed for her to get the custody of her children.

The test was ruled by L.A. Superior Court Commissioner Scott M. Gordon. Britney wasn’t available to give the test as she was sleeping.

The court considers a missed drug test equivalent to a failed drug test. The test had been ordered by court twice weekly for Britney to get custody of her children.
