Can ‘Baabul’ live up to the hype ?

The much awaited B.R. Films’ ‘ Baabul’ is scheduled for a Dec. 8 release. There is already a lot of hype created even before the release of the music of the movie.

Recently, at the launch of the film’s music, major distributors were invited by Ravi Chopra personally. Distributors are eager to book the film for their own theatres counting on the rave previews and small screen trailors of the film.

The movie also celebrates the golden period of 50 yrs of B.R. Films. Amitabh Bachchan, Hema Malini, Salmaan Khan, Rani Mukherjee and John Abraham starrer is expected to be an audience-puller because of its ‘family- value’ essence and the festive mood of the season.

The film is expected to have a grand opening at the box office, but we ‘ll wait ‘n’ watch if it sets the ticket windows ringing.
