Can Britney be treated for Psychological Problem?

The top pop star Britney Spears’ was photographed barefoot crying in front of camera in Los Angeles and the family of the star can get her into mental institution under the legal act of California State statute 5150 which says that the person considered danger for himself can be sent mental institution and they can be admitted to the institution by their friends and any of the family members.

Till now none of the family members of Britney have agreed to have thought of making such move and of sending her to the mental institution.
