Deepa Mehta is so impressed by John Abraham that she want’s him in her next film too.

Deepa present at the press conference, of the movie ‘Water’ (a film about Indian widows in the 1930s) said that she would make her next film titled ‘Komgatha Maru‘ with John if he was willing.

And why not? John is the next big thing these days. Apart from Garam Masala that is set to hit the theatres this Diwali, he has number of interesting projects lined up one after another.

But it seems Deepa was wants John for his performance in ‘Water’ that won him critical acclaim.

According to John, “Deepa narrated the script idea and I loved it. If things and my dates work out, I’ll definitely do the film. Believe me when I say this is going to be a huge film.”

‘Water’ stars John as an idealist law graduate, and follower of Mahatma Gandhi’s ‘Quit India Movement.’ The film has John ignoring the cultural taboos and fulfilling his desire to marry a young widow played by Lisa Ray.
