Expected Bollywood movie releases in the initial quarter of Year 2008

The initial quarter of the year will have some big budget movies enacted by the top stars of Bollywood. The year with pick with big releases like the Ajay Devgan’s movies Halla Bol and Sunday. The second week January month releases include Nagesh Kukunoor’s Bombay To Bangkok that is a comedy movie enacted by Shreyas Talpade and the debutant actor Nikhil Diwedi will be seen in the movie My Name is Anthony Gonzalves.

Halla Bol is supposed to be a movie based on the story of Jessica Lal and Sunday is a comedy movie. February will be marked by the release of the Aamir Khan Production movie Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na. The movie is a launch movie of Aamir’s nephew Imraan Khan and the movie is directed by Abbas Tyrewala. The most ambitious project of the last year that got postponed to this year was Jodha- Akbar that delayed because Ashutosh fell ill and the current proposed dates of the release of the movie is in February.

The other movies are of Salman Khan called Ru Ba Ru and it is also expected to release by the end of the Feb month. The month of March is full of prestigious projects like the Subhash Ghai’s movie Black and White that is expected to be released by 7th of March and God Tussi Great Ho made by Rumi Jaferey is one of the famous projects of the year. The movie based on the story of call centre and its lifestyle Hello is also expected to be released by March. Atul Agniohotri has made the movie Hello.

Boothnath, a Juhi Chawala and Amitabh Bachchan movie is about a ghost and Shahrukh Khan is in a guest appearance the movie can also be released by March. The action thriller Race of Anil Kapoor will also be coming during this time. The suspense thriller that was due to be released in the November month of 2007 Woodstock Villa is also proposed to be released in March. Sushmita’s movie Dulha Mil Gaya is another comedy movie f the year in which Shahrukh Khan will be in a guest appearance. Singh is King is a Akshay Kumar movie and it may also come in some of these dates.

Subhash Ghai’s Yuvraaj, Harman Baweja’s Victory, Rakeysh Mehra’s Delhi 6 and Madhur Bhandarkar’s Fashion are also some popular movies that may release by this time. Many good movies are expected to be released in the coming few weeks and audiences can just wait a watch for a good one of their choice.
