Filmstar to premier on Idiot Box

‘Filmstar’ will be aired on television before it is released in the theatres. And depending upon the response generated, a decision will be taken regarding its theatrical release.

Meanwhile, Tanuja Chandra is disappointed with Sahara One Motion Pictures, the producers of the film. Tanuja who is fed up waiting for the film’s release says that the film was completed in April 2004, after which Sahara started the promotion, but then suddenly everything went cold.

Moving ahead with her life Tanuja says “I worked very hard on this film I wish Sahara would have recognized it. If I knew that my film would be treated like this, I would have never cast mainstream actors like Mahima and Priyanshu.”
