First Look of Paheli

‘Paheli’ is based on a story by Vijaydan Detha entitled ‘Duvidha’. The story is simple, a ghost falls in love with a bride whose merchant husband had gone away on business. As she is left alone, the ghost takes the husband’s place.

he movie was earlier titled ‘Ghost Ka Dost’ but later the title was changed to ‘Paheli’. It features Shah Rukh Khan, Rani Mukherjee, Amitabh Bachchan and Juhi Chawla among others. The movie is directed by Amol Palekar and this month, the music of the film, by M.M. Kreem will be launched.
