Gag order denied to Spears

Britney Spears’s divorce case with her ex-husband Kevin Federline and the custody case of her two kids are in limelight and a request was submitted by her divorce attorney to the Superior Court to issue a gag order in the custody dispute which was denied by the court commissioner.

Spears attorney said that the media has been covering the custody dispute case and it was dangerous for the pop star if the dates of the hearing and discussions were given to the media regularly.
