Ghosts’ depiction changes in Bollywood

Amitabh

The Ramsay’s movies are famous for depicting scaring ghosts in movies and the scripts of most of the Ramsay movies lacked the logic and grasp to hold on audience but in the last few years the movies on Ghosts are getting better with scripts. The scary movies made by Ram Gopal Verma started the trend of delivering some good movies on unknown world of ghosts in which he has been casting the top artists of Bollywood to perform scary roles in these movies.

Currently even the actors like Amitabh Bachchan are part of many ghosts movies likes Aks and Paheli. These kinds of movies are based on a script that involve not only scary things related to the ghosts but also some lighter and good things related to the ghosts The current movies are making the audience of these movies to start liking the ghosts.

The last movie to be completed is the movie Boothnath in which Amitabh Bachchan will be again playing the role of a ghost who is a grandfather of a kid and one day he meets the kid and makes him his friend. The movie will also have Shahrukh Khan and Juhi Chawla in lead roles.

Earlier some of the good movies on ghosts made in year 1970s and 60s which were Gumnam and Wo Kaun Thi. These movies had great depiction of horror and did not have only scaring scenes but some reason was also given for the showing the story. The movie Boothnath tries to depict ghosts as friendly creatures that not only made one to get scared but also helped and played with people.
