Hrithik’s knee gets cured in three days

Doctors suggested Hrithik to stay out of shootings for eight weeks and to take rest, after the knee injury that he suffered on the sets of “Kites” while doing a car stunt but Hrithik was walking normal after three days of rest. Hrithik said he couldn’t find out, how the miracle happened?
