The movie Jimmy is a debuting movie for Mithun Chakaborty ‘s son, Mimoh and it is already being made popular that Mimoh is a better dancer than his father. The movie has been shot in India and Australia and from the last two years the news of Mimoh’s movie getting completed is in media. The movie is currently declared to have finished its production to be released on April 18, 2008.

The story of the movie is about a middle class family in which the young child of the family Jimmy tries to be a bread winner and he works hard to earn money to run the family duties. The young man is a car engineer.

In the day time he works at the car garage and in night he goes to night clubs to do the job of a DJ. The simple hardworking man is faced with a turning point in his life and that changes not only his view towards living but also his life style and personality. Jimmy takes up the risky challenging job into a new direction away from his simple middle class thoughts and goes on to a new journey.

The struggle of the young man Jimmy to overcome obstacles of his life in shown in the movie. The movie is considered to be a solid platform to launch Mimoh and has some famous names of bollywood associated to it to promote its worth.
