Kishore and RD have been ahead of Gen X

Hindi movies have two people who can never be old. The song “Bachcna-Ae-Haseeno” is a chartbuster ,even after three decades! and it shows the young generation will always love to listen to songs sung by Kishore Kumar and music composed by RD Burman. On August 4 was the birth anniversary of Kishore Kumar and it was celebrated by the family members of Kishore Kumar.

A biopic is being planned on Kishore Kumar, whose life had twists and turns more than in a movie. The biopic will be made by banner UTV and the script of the film is being written by Renzil D. Silva. It is expected that Shoojit Sircar will be directing the film. The film will have all the positive and negatives of the life of Kishore Kumar and the details about the movie was given by son Amit Kumar , who is son of Kishore Kumar and his first wife Ruma Guha Thakurta.

Kishore Kumar was youngest brother of famous bollywood actor Ashok Kumar and Ashok was interested in Kishore talking up acting .Kishore did a few films but after much struggle in acting and doing a few flops ,Kishore planned to shift to music . Kishore was stubborn to go for music and he was helped by father of R.D. Burman, S.D. Burman to develop his own style of music to get established as a singer. Kishore therefore had the “yoodli” sounds in his songs for which he got famous.

Kishore Kumar was known for many fun songs ‘Maana janaab ne pukara nahin’,’ Hum hain raahi pyar ke’,’ Ek Ladki Bheegi Bhaagi Si’ and ‘Haal Kaisa Hai Janaab Ka ‘.Kishore was known for his combination with Asha Bhosle and he was helped by S.D. Burman in getting established in music . Kishore Kumar was known to generate humor even in the recording room when he used to sing on mike and it was his basic nature to be cool, fun-loving, and joyful, that showed in his songs.
