Madhavan casted in Rang De Basanti

Remember Madhavan; the cute faced fast talking actor who won many a hearts in Bollywood when he stole Diya Mirza from Sail Ali Khan in vashu Bhagnani’s ‘Rehna Hai Tere Dil Mein’ before making it big down south.

Here is good news for his fans. Madhavan has been roped in to play an important role in Rakesh Mehra’s film Rang De Basanti starring Aamir Khan. He will not have a full-length role in the film but will only make a marginal appearance.

There has been a shuffling in the cast of Rakesh Mehra’s film Rang De Basanti just days before the Aamir Khan starrer was about to go on floors, actor Arjun Rampal was dropped from the project and replaced with the Tamil-Telugu star Sidhartha.

What more, Soha Ali Khan, who many believed was cast opposite Aamir, is actually Madhavan’s co-star in the movie.
