Mahesh Bhatt opposes ban on onscreen smoking

Mahesh Bhatt filed a suit in Delhi High Court where he challenged ban on onscreen depiction of smoking contending that ban prohibits movie makers from showing reality on screen. The judge had a split verdict on the petition that challenges government’s notification.
