Mallika Sherawat gets trademark of her name

Mallika Sherawat has acquired a trademark of her name and she is first bollywood actress whose name has got trademarked. The actress said that she had been thinking of getting the trademark from a long time to avoid misuse of her name in promotions of films. Mallika was unhappy of her name being used in promotion of film Welcome in which she did a small role.
