Marriage registration of Sanjay Dutt under scan

The Marriage registration certificate of Sanjay Dutt that was created in Goa in February is under scan as the papers are said to have been made illegally.

As per the rules one of the couple who are getting married from Goa, need to belong to the place Goa and none among Manyata and Sanjay are from Goa. There are other legal irregularities associated to the papers.
