Movie Preview Dhol

The movie has been made under the banner Percept Picture Company. It is a comedy movie directed by Priyadarshan. The movie cast include Sharman Joshi as Pankaj, Tusshar Kapoor as Sameer, Kunal Khemu as Gautam, Tanushree Datta as Ritu, Rajpal Yadav as Markand, Om Puri, Payal Rohatgi, Arbaaz Khan, Murli Sharma, Rasika Joshi.

Priyadarshan has made many movies on the subject of comedy and finally he has picked up the expertise knowledge to make the audience laugh. Casting his favorite character in his movie Rajpal Yadav, has made the movie more comic and funny.

The story of the movie is of four friends Sam, Pakkya, Maru and Goti. All the four are loafing around with no aim in life. They all want to get money by short cuts. Their way of making money is to marry a rich girl or get some lottery. They try to get money by many short cuts but finally end up with nothing.

Finally a rich girl arrives in their neighborhood and as the each one approaches the girl with their marriage proposal they are confronted with some disquieting truth of hers.

The actors have performed comedy with complete spontaneity and exaction. The sequences are also very comic and the music is average as per the story .The Dhol songs are good.

Rajpal Yadav is excellent and lovely to watch. Sharman Joshi has picked up with comedy and is fine to watch after movies like Masti.

Tushaar and Kunal Khemu have got an opportunity to prove their acting talents in comedy movies and they have succeeded. Being a Priyadarshan movie none of the actresses have to look glamorous and it’s a movie for the family. Om Puri, Tiku Talsania and Asrani are all always good at their work. Arbaaz Khan is also fine in his role.

The movie is good for those going to multiplexes to laugh. Priyadarshan movie generally is entertaining and has lots of comedy and music. Those liking Priyan movies can have fun watching Dhol.
