The film ‘Outsourced’ a story of a call centre in India where arrives an American who has to teach Indian call centre workers to make calls and handle calls in American accent. The film is about the cross culture conflict and romance between in Indian girl in a call centre and an American.

Todd Anderson works in an America call centre and he works for American novelty products in Seattle. One day all his job is outsourced to India and Todd feels insulted after the new changes. Adding to the changes is that Todd has to teach the Indian call centre workers to speck English in America accent.

Todd hates to go to India, he doesn’t want to adjust to the new culture and he doesn’t like the sight and sound of the culture different from his. But destiny takes Todd to Mumbai where he witnesses the crowd. He has to teach the callers to speak in English in American accent and he has to make them know cheese head hat and equipments like hot dog toaster.

Todd is in a hurry to improve the performance of call centre in India, so he gets chance to get back to his country. While he is working through his team he gets friendly to the people and is attracted to Asha. Todd feels he has to learn something from there about himself and he feels happy to be sent to India.
