Neha Dhupia, the latest rising starlet, who has 12 films to her credit, is being signed by singer-turned-producer Kumar Sanu for the film Utthaan.

Neha is being cast opposite Priyanshu Chatterjee and everything else is still in the planning stages, more will be revealed at a later stage.

The buzz from the tinsel town says Priyanka has also signed this movie which will see her pairing with Sanjay Dutt. For more buzz stay tuned.
