Piracy costs Rs. 16, 000 crores to entertainment industry

In the year 2007 the entertainment Industry had to suffer almost Rs 16, 000 crores of loss for piracy. The industry has adopted many measures to hold back piracy of movies and entertainment products but is not successful in fighting it from its roots and hence had to suffer losses.
