Preity Zinta who has three releases lined up for this year says she always try to keep her personal and private life separate and has sure found a way to be balancing her personal and professional lives well.

How do you feel when media talks about you and Ness?
(Preity feels too much is made of her relationship). The media ignores your aspirations and achievements and makes it all about the relationship.

Right now Preity is excited about her World tour with Akshay Kumar, Saif Ali Khan, Sushmita Sen and Celina Jaitley. She will be away a month, returning in time for the promotions for her next release, Krrish.

How did you felt playing Hrithik Roshan's mother in Krrish?
You needed a link between Koi Mil Gaya and Krrish, but see the film and decide.

Tell us about your films?
All these three films (KANK, Krrish, Jaaneman) are releasing this year and in the summer I start ‘Jhoom Barabar Jhoom’ for Yashraj Fims. It’s directed by Shaad Ali and it’s with Abhishek Bachchan.

Preity just made her ramp debut for Manish Malhotra show at Lakme Fashion Week.
I kept asking Manish to let me be in his show till he finally agreed. Walking the ramp was the only thing I had not done in showbiz. It was fun except that I kept hoping I would not fall. Once I saw the end of the ramp, then I was fine.

Zinta has decided to create a balance between work and leisure after she came face to face with some horrid experiences (2005 tsunami, bomb attack at a show in Sri Lanka).
After that I told myself that I want to live my life and not let my present pass me by. It’s very important to work but after eight years, I cannot be working 24×7. I came to Mumbai to be a criminal psychologist, I never planned to be an actor, but God has given me more than I bargained for.

Now that you have a strong base (her recent shift to a new home) and perfect relationship, how do you feel?
Yes, my relationship definitely gives me balance, though I have always kept my professional and personal lives separate.
