Manish Malhotra styling Kabhi Alvida… cast

The famous fashion designer, Manish Malhotra, is styling the biggest names in showbiz - Amitabh Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan, Rani Mukerji, Preity Zinta and Shah Rukh Khan. All of them make the cast of Karan Johar’s ‘Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna’.

It’s his third film for which he has styled the entire cast but he finds this one both daunting and exciting. “Karan likes a lot of costumes and a lot of changes. This is also the first time I’ve styled four men and giving each of them distinctive, different looks was quite a challenge. Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna is currently being shot in New York.

Shaadi Se Pehle music coming soon

Subhash Ghai will launch the music of his new venture Shaadi Se Pehle being directed by Satish Kaushik on November 24.

Slated for release in January 2006, Shaadi Se Pehle stars Akshaye Khanna, Mallika Sherawat, Ayesha Takia, Aftab Shivdasani, Anupam Kher and Suniel Shetty.

Rajkumar Santoshi next will see new starkid

Rajkumar Santoshi’s ‘Family - Ties of Blood’ will see the entry of son of producer Keshu, Aryeman Ramsay and his debut role is sparking a lot of curiosity.

Incidentally, Koel Mullick was rumoured to be paired with him. However, the makers had a change of heart as they felt the inclusion of a heroine would slacken the pace of the movie. But Aryeman is not in the least bit upset about the change because he has complete faith in Santoshi’s direction and vision of the film.

Bhatt’s Gangster shot in Korea

Mahesh Bhatt’s ‘Gangster’ is the first Indian film to be shot in Korea. Director Anurag basu is currently completing a marathon-shooting schedule in Seoul and Nami Islands.

In the almost month-long stint, the director may wrap up 70 percent of the film starring Emraan Hashmi, Shiney Ahuja, and new heroine Kangana and Gulshan Grover.

Family (Ties of Blood) complete, to release in December

Director Rajkumar Santoshi completed the picturisation of all the songs in Bikaner and Goa thereby wrapping up producer Keshu and AB Corporation Ltd.’s Family (Ties of Blood).

The film that will release on December 23 stars Amitabh Bachchan, Akshay Kumar, Bhumika and introduces Aryeman. Music is by Ram Sampat.
