Ram Gopal Varma signs Chakravarthy after Satya

Remember the bearded guy who made his debut in Hindi film with Ram Gopal Varma’s first underworld’s saga: Saga? He was Chakravarthy.

Although he did not become a popular Bollywood actor, he does have his own fan following down South. And now Satya aka Chakravarthy is coming back to the world that gave him that nickname.

However, this time not as an actor but as a director. And the one who managed to rope him for his new role is one-time mentor, Ram Gopal Varma. Ramu has offered to back Chakri Hindi directorial venture, titled ‘Darwaaza Bandh Rakkho’. The film stars Varma’s new-found favorites, Chunky Pandey and Ishaa Koppikar, both of whom were part of the recently released D.

That is certainly an impressive return!

So, looks like Chakri’s back with a bang.

Given all the rumors about the other Ramu movies, we wonder what’s going to happen in this one?
