After Antara Mali and Ram Gopal Varma break out, now RGV Film Factory is going separate from K Sera Sera Productions Ltd.

Ram Gopal Varma has proposed to take his company, RGV Film Factory, public with Rs 100 crore offering within the next three months. Industry insiders have told that this time Ramu is going all alone.

RGV plans to make 12-15 Hindi films within a budget of Rs 5-20 crore. Earlier, he had associated with K Sera Sera - a publicly-listed company.

Ramu has not given details about the cause of their separation other than saying that he needed more space. So Ramu is probably on a lookout for new office after parting away from K sera sera.

RGV Film Factory with K Sera Sera Productions has given such hit films as Ek Hasina Thi, James and Sarkar. Darna Zaroori Hai is still lined up for its release.
