Ramu not fulfilling promise of giving Rs 5 Lakh

Ramu announced through a website that he will offer Rs 5 lakhs to the people who watch the film “Phoonk” alone in theatre and the website also had registration numbers for the audience to get registered, but after the movie got released and Ramu said that he never announced to give money, it is the website that is responsible for it.
