Ramu plans Sholay remake

After the glitering start of Sarkar Ram Gopal Varma is all set for his another dream project. But this time Ramu wants to do something different. As now filmaker Ramu is planning to remake Ramesh Sippy’s ‘Sholay’- a film close to his heart and one of his all time favorites.

Ramu’s Sholay will be titeled as ‘Ram Gopal Varma Ka Sholay’. In RGV dream project instead of being located in Ramgarh the film will be located in Ramu’s favourite, Mumbai underworld. The legendary Gabbar will not be a leader of dacoits but an urban don.
