Sanjay Dutt wants to change jail rules

Sanjay Dutt has been to jail last month and after his coming back to normal life on getting released on bail the actor said that he wanted to change the jail rules, as the rules followed by the British are still prevalent. Most of the rules he said are just very unpredictable.
