Shahrukh in 2005

2004 was Shahrukh’s year. He appeared in ‘Main Hoon Naa’, ‘Swades’ and ‘Veer Zaara’. While Veer-Zaara and main Hoon Naa earned money, Swades got him accolades and Filmfare. Even his hardest critics sat back and clapped for him in ‘Swades’.

After a hectic 2004 Shahrukh declared that he is planning a well deserved break from movies.

What’s up with him in 2005?

While Shahrukh has committed to play leading character in four movies (by Karan Johar, Yash Chopra, Farha Khan and Amol Palekar) he is busy playing small roles and cameos in some small films.

While King Khan has committed to play the Sutradhar (narrator) in Khalid Mohamed’s Silsilay he will also be seen dancing to Farha Khan’s choreography in Kaal (which he is co-producing).
