Shahrukh Khan smoked in the T-209 match and case against him has been filed stating that the actor smoked in a no smoking zone and that was publicly being viewed on satellite TV.
The actor’s lawyer said that he was not smoking in No Smoking zone and he was unintentionally captured by camera smoking when he was watching the match in the private gallery.

Note is misleading the media for the sake of pure publicity.
I am the Chairman of Crusade Against Tobacco - a branch of the Neil Charitable Trust.
I have just delivered a letter to King Khan today 19.11.2007 wherein I mentioned that the Notification/Rules which disallows smoking in stadiums/bus stops has been stayed by the Bombay High Court somewhere in 2006.
NOTE has done contempt of court by misleading the media about King Khan.
NOTE should immediately apologise to the media as well as to King Khan. Otherwise I will have to call the media.
