Should Sanjay Dutt be allowed to contest elections?

Sanjay Dutt appeared to contest elections from the Lucknow city from the Samjwadi Party but he was disallowed from contesting elections because he has been convicted and found guilty, under arms act and has been sentenced by court. Sanjay Dutt has applied to get a suspension order fron the Supreme Court to will help him contest elections.
